| Karl Hartl
Mr. Hartl studied at the University of Munich (FH) computer science.
His professional career began 1984 in the Bayerischen Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG as application developer for foreign exchange and trading systems as well as a library system. He also worked in the company’s datacenter as an IMS database system administrator.
In 1990, Mr. Hartl moved to Allianz AG and developed there different insurance systems.
In 1992, he has started his own business as a freelance contractor. First, he was involved in the development of a new purchasing systems for the BMW AG, then a distribution system for technical gases for the Messer-Griesheim GmbH and later on various developments for the mortgage sector of Bayerische Vereinsbank AG.
In October 1998 he founded together with Mr. Schanz the corporation ProDevment Informationstechnik GmbH, in which he acts as shareholder and managing director until today.
| Otfried Schanz
Mr. Schanz made at the TU Munich an education as Mathem.-Techn.- Assistant and studied later on computer science and mathematics as subsidiary subject at the University of Hagen. In 1981 he began his professional career at the IFO Institute for Economic Research as a programmer and was mainly entrusted with the solution of mathematical and statistical problems.
1984 he joined the Bayerischen Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank AG where he started as project lead and took over the implementation of an Economics Research Database system. Later on his responsibilities expands and he got the position as team lead of the Economics Database Group and the Information and Documentation Center.
In October 1998 he founded together with Mr. Hartl the corporation ProDevment Informationstechnik GmbH, in which he acts as shareholder and managing director until today.
